mismanagement of her mother’s labour. Last month the High Court in London
approved a settlement of £5.6 million the majority of which reflects the extent

poor baby I hope this he's/she's well after that brain injury because of Labour Mismanagement..Just to add about the medical negligence claim - it is important that you have proof that there were serious errors in your medical treatment which no competent doctor would have made and that those errors caused, or contributed to, the injury you are complaining about...
